• read the entire manuscript or a portion thereof
• provide written feedback on elements – plot, dialogue, characterization, setting, point of view, development, pacing, mechanics (punctuation, spelling, grammar and sentence structure)
• provide specific advice on how to polish and strengthen the work
• provide a written summary of overall suggestions for improvement
